Programming Team Leader – Technologies: Laravel, React JS, Flutter – Remotely- Full time

Job Responsibilities:

Hire, manage, mentor, and coach technical team members that build, design, implement, and maintain front-end and back-end solutions for the company’s products and services.
Design the architecture for the company’s products, services, and features using Laravel, React JS, and Flutter.
Act as a Team Leader and take complete ownership of the company’s larger and more complex engineering challenges.
Establish best engineering practices through solid design decisions, processes, and tools.
Collaborate with other software engineers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile-based applications.
Provide accurate effort estimates for deliverables.
Adhere to established engineering standards while delivering solutions on time and on budget.
Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
Be committed to deadlines through follow-up on tasks with team members.
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
Research and actively learn about new technologies and introduce them into the infrastructure.
Undertake any related tasks as required by the company.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Programming Team Leader or in a senior technology leadership role.
Strong technical background with expertise in Laravel, React JS, and Flutter.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing technology teams.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
